Tracy LaMarr leads by example. She is a strong believer in education as means to constant and never ending improvement. In addition to her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Washington State University, Tracy has been recognized by the National Association of Home Builders as a Graduate Master Builder and a Certified Green Professional.
Tracy is also very active in the Builders 20 Club, traveling twice a year across the country to attend educational seminars and meet with other builders to discuss issues and challenges facing our profession.
Furthermore, Tracy cares enough about your project that she makes sure her superintendents have completed a course in front line management. She often sends her staff to various industry training seminars including the International Builders Show.
