So we looked hard at what we did best, what we had achieved, and what we valued. We love to build, we are good at it, and we had real success investing in real estate ourselves. We believed other professionals could benefit from that same combination, so we changed our model. Today we build income-producing real estate for others, sometimes pooling investor capital through StoneCrest Equity Partners, sometimes building for a professional whose time is stretched thin. And we will always love creating outstanding homes, so we build for a select few each year.

Thirty years building in Eastern Washington, from custom homes to multifamily, retail, and industrial. Tracy runs the work itself: site, design coordination, construction, and delivery. If your project is in the ground, she is the one accountable for it.
